Living near the water means dealing with salt air and high humidity, so we build our screen porches using materials that actually last in this environment. Whether you're in Southport or Ocean Isle, we use NADRA-compliant construction to make sure your new space is as safe as it is comfortable. You get the perfect spot to relax outside without worrying about insects or the coastal weather.
Expert Planning and Visuals
We start every project by looking at how you actually use your yard, where the sun hits, and how your home flows. During the planning phase, we review the layout, materials, and key project details with you so the new space fits your house, landscape, and lifestyle. That way, you can feel confident it will be the right spot for morning coffee or a big family dinner.
Materials That Stand Up to Salt Air
Living near the coast means dealing with salt air, heavy humidity, and those sudden afternoon storms. We do not just build for looks; we build for the environment. By using aluminum framing, treated lumber, and heavy-duty screens, we make sure your porch holds up against the elements. It is about creating a space that stays solid and looks great year after year without constant maintenance.
Total Comfort Without the Bugs
A great screen porch gives you the best of both worlds. You get the fresh breeze and the view without having to fight off mosquitoes or deal with pollen covering your furniture. It is the perfect shaded retreat for those humid summer days and a dry place to hang out when a coastal rain rolls through. We focus on making the transition from your living room to your backyard feel completely natural.

We manage the entire permitting process and make sure everything is fully compliant with local building codes. You can focus on the fun parts of the project while we handle the paperwork.
